Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Velvet Circuit online store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Store and place orders.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display products, colours and sizing accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud or errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, graphics and the Velvet Circuit name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
