Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging, with no product names or prices on the outside.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom, Europe and other international destinations: approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can extend them.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at yossi669@gmail.com and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
